• Breath Birth Bond- private 1:1 Antenatal & Hypnobirthing, group courses and mums to be retreats in Surbiton and surrounding areas

• Happy Parents Happy Baby- based in Surbiton or Kingston, offer in person, online and refresher course

• NCT Antenatal course- based in Kingston, Surbiton and New Malden

Infant First Aid Workshops

 

• Daisy First Aid- classes include training for burns, bleeding, fevers, choking, resuscitation, CPR and more. There are sessions happening each month either in person or via zoom
   

Prenatal Fitness
 

• Boco Yoga & Pilates- offers pregancy and postnatal yoga and pilates

• Busy Lizzy Kingston and Buzy Lizzy New Malden- offer a wide range of fitness classes including pregnancy yoga and pilates

• Happy Fit Mums- Offers buggyfit and HIT and personal training classes. Various locations in Surbiton

• Katy's Fitness- offers pregnancy PT sessions

• Kingston Maternity- offers pregancy yoga sessions on Saturday in the Maternity Ward for those who will give birth there
